English Club Semi- Final Debate Competition

English Club of the General Foundation Department organized semi–final debate competition on 9 March 2022 in the college campus. The Debate topic was “Is it necessary to ban junk food and soft drinks in schools and colleges?”. The team members had researched and prepared well for both motions - affirmative as well as negative which enabled them to present their ideas enthusiastically and with good confidence.

The judges appreciated their team effort and wished the finalists good luck for the final debate competition which is scheduled to be held on 16th March 2022. The organizers of the debate competition were Fatma Khalifa Al Mamari and Hazaa Azhar Ahmed Al Busaidi – F2 B students of the foundation department.

The HOD & the teachers congratulated the winners and wished them good luck for the future event
