There is a clear need to approach English education in a systematic, meaningful, and purposeful manner. The English Unit offers incoming students with low and medium proficiency in English an intensive program to help them pursue their studies in the major of their choice through the medium of English with the aim of immersing them in the language. This course emphasizes the fundamental language skills of Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Presenting, in addition to Research and Study Skills. An emphasis on Vocabulary and Grammar Skills will be an on-going part of the program.
